Home Visits
We kindly request you to submit an eConsult online form, which will be triaged to assess your needs effectively.
Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
We kindly request you to submit an Anima online form, which will be triaged to assess your needs effectively. Following the triage process, appointments will be allocated based on urgency and availability.
You will be sent an sms/email to confirm your appointment. We kindly request that you confirm as soon as possible, if you will or will not be attending your appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
You can expect a response from your econsult within 24 to 48 hours.
If you're unable to submit an econsult, please contact reception for assistance. They will be able to help you with this.
