 Appointments

We kindly request you to submit an econsult, which will be triaged to assess your needs effectively. Following the triage process, appointments will be allocated based on urgency and availability.

You will be sent an sms/email to confirm your appointment. We kindly request that you confirm as soon as possible, if you will or will not be attending your  appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Econsult link: eConsultations

You can expect a response from your econsult within 24-48 hours.

If you're unable to submit an econsult, please contact reception for assistance. They will be able to help you with this.

Patient Online Access

Patient Online gives patients the option to make appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view their electronic medical record online, using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice.

Online services complement the existing ways patients access appointments, prescriptions and their records.

Please contact our reception team for more details.

Interpreter Service

An interpreting service is available free of charge for patients using GP and NHS Hospital services in England.

Please inform the receptionists that you require an interpreter and they can arrange this for you. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours.
