Patient Information
All patient information is kept securely at the practice. Please ask at reception if you would like to see a copy of the confidentiality protocol.
Patient Participation Group
Please ask for details at reception or alternatively you can go to the Patient Participation Group (PPG) link. All patients are welcome to attend meetings of the PPG.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The NHS has a Zero Tolerance Policy and we will not tolerate rude, abusive, aggressive, threatening or violent behaviour. We will call the Police to deal with any matters that we are unable to resolve. Any patients that have to be removed from the practice list will be notified to the appropriate person at NCL/Barnet CCG
