The practice welcomes any comments or suggestions regarding our service. A 'comment box' is available at reception.
We have a complaints procedure at the practice which any of the staff will be happy to explain to you. A complaints brochure can also be found in reception.

We will try to resolve any matters with you informally and you are welcome to ask to see our practice manager with any complaint. If you would like to make a formal complaint in writing please address the letter to practice manager, who will acknowledge your letter within three working days and investigate the complaint thereafter.
